SHIPPING POLICY
We have a fast turn around and endeavour to have your orders carefully packed and shipped within 24 hours. In order to minimise our environmental impact, we use recycled shipping materials.
Orders are dispatched from our location in the Byron Shire. Shipping prices and time frames will vary depending on your location. Please use the tracking number provided for up-to-date time frames for delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns and exchanges on faulty products. We want you to love your African Queen Baskets products and will always take responsibility for fault items. If this occurs, please notify us via email or phone within 14 days of purchase with a photo. We will organise a refund or an exchange immediately at no cost to you. We ask that you post the faulty item back to us (we will cover the shipping costs).
If a basket is damaged within 3 months of purchase, we will replace the basket.
